Conclave Callout #1

An Address from your 2020-21 Section Chief

Fellow Arrowmen,

With 2021 beginning we are all hopeful that we will be able to leave our shaken up world behind and return to some normalcy. One thing that has remained constant is NE6B’s commitment to creating a better Order of the Arrow for every Arrowmen we serve. As your Section Chief I can confirm that the section staff are working as hard as we can to complete this mission. Section NE6B is proud to be planning a Conclave for June 2021.

Conclave 2021: Olympus Adventure will feature inter lodge competitions such as Volleyball and Lodge Ball, the OA variant of Dodgeball. This event will be hosted at Sinoquipe Scout Reservation in Fort Littleton PA on the weekend of June 4th-6th.

Attendees, called Delegates, will have the opportunity to meet Arrowmen from 4 other lodges, enjoy meals that are inspired by foreign cultures, and find their home in the Order of the Arrow. This event is uniquely suited for the new Arrowmen as well as the seasoned. New Arrowmen can attend fellowship events and training to learn more about the Order of the Arrow alongside experienced Arrowmen who will guide them along the way.

Look out for more sneak peeks about conclave such as special events, patches, and guest appearances. Talk to your lodge chief today to register! More information about Conclave can be found here.

Yours in Service,

Ean Dudley
2020-21 Section Chief

A letter about NE-6B Train the Trainer

We have new and exciting things starting in NE-6B in this centennial year. One of our first section events this year will be the upcoming Train the Trainer. Now what is that you ask? We will be helping our section’s trainers learn how to train better and help them perfect their skills. This year we are just holding it for the trainers at conclave but soon we hope to expand our outreach and help train even more trainers.
Our mission this year is to train the best trainers to train you at Conclave. We want to see the quality of Conclave training increase to a level we have never before reached. With excellent Conclave training, and a phenomenal experience provided by Guneukitschik Lodge and section NE-6B, we hope you can return to your lodge inspired and empowered to serve. If you have been invited to take part in Train the Trainer this year, please take part in this opportunity to better serve the section community. The success of this event, and our Conclave training rests on the shoulders of our top notch trainers.

We would like to thank our gracious hosts Guneukitschik Lodge for holding the Train the Trainer at Camp Sinoquipe on April 10th and 11th. We are looking forward to this event and looking forward to an amazing conclave this year.

Do You Want to Go on a Great Adventure?

No, I’m not talking about the 2015 NOAC, or Conclave. I’m not even talking about High Adventure. I’m talking about OA High Adventure! With so much exciting opportunity to take advantage of in this upcoming year, what better way than to get in on the fun by signing up for OA High Adventure? The Order of the Arrow has programs at all four high adventure bases that are inexpensive compared to going on regular High Adventure trips, and offer even more excitement. Each program involves spending a period of time devoting service to a part of the base. Then when your cheerful service is complete, you and your crew have the opportunity to explore what other amazing adventures the base has to offer and plan your own trek. These programs provide experiences like no other, and many who experienced them returned boasting of life changing experiences and bonds of brotherhood that go beyond local borders. You have the opportunity to meet new people and experience a new adventure right in front of you. So what are you waiting for? Contact your lodge leadership for more information on how you can go on the journey of a lifetime! Or, go right to to learn even more about each of the programs.
