Conclave is the annual gathering of the five lodges that make up our section of the Northeast Region. Each year, we gather together for a weekend full of fellowship and feasting. There is a little bit of training, and a little bit of inter-lodge competition.

This past Saturday, arrowmen from across area NE6 converged on Carrol Community College to take part in NE6B’s first ever participation in #LEAD, an event to develop leadership skills for a variety of positions. The day featured training on topics from Ceremonies to New Arrowmen that were taught by trainers from across the Northeast Region
